The Washington Affordable Management Convention features a full schedule of insightful and informative programs. The event brings together Affordable Housing Professionals and creates a unique opportunity for education and interaction.

REGISTRATION FEES:
Early Bird Registration Rate: *$475 total price $516.80
Non-Member Registration Rate: *$625 total price $680
Group registration is available. Must be a minimum of 5 people. Complete this Group Registration Form and email to [email protected]
*A new law effective October 1, 2025, requires AHMA to collect sales tax on conference registrations. The current rate is 8.8%
SESSIONS:
There are 5 tracks this year: Rural Development, HUD/Basic, Maintenance, Professional Development and Miscellaneous.
We are still finalizing our schedule so check back often for updates.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation fee is $175 until April 3, 2026. After April 3 there is no refund for cancellations.
Substitutions are welcome. There is a $50 fee per substitution until April 4, 2026. $100 fee per substitution April 5-10. After April 11, the substitution fee is $250.
