Member CategoriesProfessional Members – available to developers, owners, managers, builders, housing authorities, syndicators, accountants, attorneys, bankers, consultants, professional service providers, non-profit organizations, and government agencies that are actively involved in the industry. Includes access to all member benefits. $250 per year plus $3.00 per unit (Per unit dues are an allowable property operating expense per HUD Administrative Notice) Small Company Members – available to small project owners or managers with 75 units or less of affordable housing.
