Morning Session:
Train The Trainer

Train the Trainer is a framework for training potential instructors or subject matter experts to enable them to train other people in their organizations.
This workshop is designed for individuals aspiring to become trainers within the affordable housing industry. It focuses on equipping participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and strategies needed to effectively train and educate others in this specialized field. Whether you are new to training or looking to refine your skills, this workshop will provide practical insights and tools to succeed as a trainer.

This interactive class will prepare you to provide effective communication to the class. It will also help you understand how to prepare an effective presentation.

You will have the opportunity to present material before the class of people taking this session.

Afternoon Session:
Enhancing Leadership Through Personality Awareness

This interactive workshop focuses on developing effective leadership skills by gaining insights into personal communication styles using the 16 Personalities assessment. Understanding your unique personality profile can significantly enhance your ability to communicate with residents and staff, ultimately fostering better relationships and improving overall effectiveness in property management.
Topics to Include:

  • Personal Communication Style: Gain a deep understanding of your own communication strengths and weaknesses based on your personality type.
  • Participants are required to complete the 16 Personalities assessment before attending the workshop. They should bring a printed copy of their results for discussion and application during the session.
  • This class will help the person taking the Train the Trainer Class.
