This course is for those individuals with some Tax Credit experience. The course dives deeper into eligibility, the application process, calculating and verifying income, maintaining compliance (including the available unit and vacant unit rule, annual recertification and more) and best practices. Students will need a calculator.

This course will offer a 3-hour interactive Zoom meeting training session.
