NAHMA HUD Update: HUD Publishes Guidance for HCV Remote Video Inspections

Dear NAHMA Members,

Today, HUD’s Office of Public and Indian Housing published Notice 2020-31, Remote Video Inspections for Housing Choice Voucher Program. This notice provides guidance to PHAs regarding how to conduct Housing Quality Standards inspections using Remote Video Inspections and includes a sample best practice process.
