Below, please find information from HUD regarding the Fiscal Year 2021 Income Limits. The Income Limits are effective April 1, 2021.
FY 2021 HUD Income Limits HUD released the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 estimated Median Family Incomes (MFIs) and the FY 2021 Income Limits. MFIs are used as the basis for income limits in several HUD programs, including the Public Housing, Section 8 project-based, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Section 202 housing for the elderly, and Section 811 housing for persons with disabilities programs. HUD also released the FY 2021 Multifamily Tax Subsidy Project (MTSP) Income Limits, which are used to determine eligibility for low-income housing tax credit and tax-exempt bond properties.
