NAHMA HUD Update: New FY 2023 Section 202 NOFO Toolkit Available

Below, please find HUD’s message on their Section 202 NOFO Toolkit. As a reminder, HUD made $115 million available under the FY2023 Section 202 NOFO. According to Grants.gov, the application deadline is now July 18, 2024.

The Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly (Section 202) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Toolkit is now available. The toolkit is an optional resource for organizations preparing an application for the FY 2023 Section 202 NOFO. It gives applicants an opportunity to evaluate how the scored components of their application(s) align with the NOFO. Outcomes provided by the toolkit are for informational purposes only. The FY 2023 Section 202 NOFO is the prevailing document.
