Below, please find three new chapters of HUD Handbook 4350.1, “Multifamily Asset Management and Project Servicing.” The chapter revisions include:

Chapter 4.01 – Combining Section 8 Contracts
Chapter 6.03 – Interest Rate Reduction
Chapter 8.02 – Partial Payment of Claims
