Help your members and HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs spread the word about the new interactive web-based training course, the Building HOME Online Training.  During this time when staff are working offsite and not able to conduct some of their normal tasks, this may be a good time to invest in staff training.  This free training offers affordable housing practitioners a chance to learn about the HOME Program and its regulatory requirements at their convenience-- in their own offices and at their own pace.  All 12 modules are now available!

*New* Check out this short video, which provides a quick tour of this training and a sample of the types of interactivity you’ll engage in as you learn.

Additionally, this is a friendly reminder that NAHMA is still requesting member feedback on the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on Affordable Housing.  During this emergency, we are experiencing a degree of professional and personal disruption that for most of us is unprecedented.  In addition to changes that are mandated, circumstances like this command a different type of leadership.  As part of our preparation to convene the second cohort of the NAHMA Emerging Leaders Learning Series (NELLS), we want to hear from you about lessons learned during the Coronavirus response, and especially what opportunities exist to expand the leadership capacity of Affordable Housing professionals.  Please take a few minutes to complete a very brief Two-Question survey, by the end of the day (7pm EST),
