2025 Washington Affordable Housing Management Convention

The Affordable Housing Management Association of Washington (AHMA of Washington) is excited to announce updates to our Awards program, which recognizes the exceptional contributions of affordable housing professionals.

This program provides ongoing recognition for Site Managers, Maintenance Personnel, Management staff, and Rising Stars—individuals with less than three years of experience in the industry.

Our awards highlight the remarkable dedication of these professionals throughout the year, showcasing their hard work in enhancing the quality of life within affordable housing communities.

This year, the application process has been updated. Points will be awarded in the following categories, with minimum requirements for each:

  • Section 1: Credentials
  • Section 2: Support of AHMA of Washington Programs
  • Section 3: Continuing Education & Industry/Community Involvement
  • Section 4: Agency Partner Oversight

A minimum total score is required for nominations to be considered. A panel of judges will review the qualified nominations and select finalists in each category. Finalists will be honored at the Annual Convention in April.

To qualify, applicants must work at an affordable housing property owned or managed by an AHMA of Washington member. We encourage submissions from all AHMA of Washington-affiliated properties.
