NAHMA HUD Update: HUD to host webinar on new CNA e-ToolJanuary 12, 2017 Next week, HUD will host a web seminar providing an overview of the new Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) e-Tool released last week. The e-Tool is the result of a collaboration between HUD and USDA to create a standard, automated, electronic process for CNAs available for use by all multifamily industry participants. Announced last Friday, the CNA e-Tool will be available for voluntary use beginning on January 15, 2017.
