AHMA Financial Services RFP

AHMA of Washington is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit membership organization dedicated to supporting owners and operators of affordable, multi-unit housing properties that receive assistance through government programs. We provide education, training, and resources to help our members navigate the complexities of affordable housing management.

Since 2015, AHMA of Washington has engaged a bookkeeper to support the Treasurer in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We are currently accepting proposals for financial services. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please review the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for details.
