AHMA Member Virtual Connections Event

Tuesday, September 23 at 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm

AHMA of WA is excited to bring more virtual events to our members. Join us 12 noon- 1:00 pm on September 23 for the next Member Virtual Connections. The topic for this session is Best Practices on New Certification Requirements for Multiple Funders with with guest commentator Dianne Moreland of Low Income Housing Institute.

HOTMA has prompted changes in certification practices across affordable housing funders.  The WSHFC standard may no longer fulfill other funders' certification requirements.   Join AHMA members in a discussion of tips, tricks, and best practices in keeping certifications in compliance for all our funders.

The purpose of these Zoom conversations is not to provide training or legal advice but to virtually connect you with peers to discuss affordable housing management issues. Dianne will start with a general overview, followed by an open discussion.

Dianne Moreland has 20 years of experience in affordable housing management and compliance including HUD, Tax Credit, HOME, Commerce, and a variety of Washington counties and cities.  In her current position, Dianne works closely with compliance and development to ensure all properties, units, and households meet the variety of funder requirements and regulations.

This session is open to all AHMA of WA members. Registration is required and is complimentary.
