Workshop - Multi-Family Housing Non-Profit Transfer Technical Assistance Grant Program Notice of Funding Availability Published on December 10, 2021

Register for Information Session on January 5, 2022

Agency staff will provide an overview of the Multi-Family Housing Non-Profit Transfer Technical Assistance Grant program. The agency published a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) in the Federal Register on December 10, 2021. The NOFA announced $3 million in grant funding for technical assistance to facilitate the transfer and preservation of existing Section 515 Rural Rental Housing. Grantees will assist non-profits and public housing agencies seeking to acquire and preserve Rural Development Multi-Family Housing projects.

During the information session, potential applicants and stakeholders will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the program and ask questions about the NOFA.

Participants should pre-register for the session. A meeting confirmation notice will be emailed to registrants.
